THE CHALLENGE
As the company continued to grow, its existing branding and communication materials lacked consistency across platforms. The goal was to create a modern and recognizable visual identity that reflected the company’s professionalism while improving communication consistency internally and externally.

THE DESIGN PROCESS
The redesign process involved exploring visual directions that aligned with the company’s values, long-standing community presence, and evolving organizational goals. I developed logo concepts, typography systems, color palettes, and branding applications that could function cohesively across both print and digital environments.
Alongside the visual redesign, I also contributed to broader organizational modernization efforts, including supporting digital workflows, document standardization, and communication updates that improved efficiency and consistency across the company.
OUTCOME
The project helped establish a more cohesive and modern organizational identity while supporting the company’s transition toward more streamlined and digitally integrated workflows. This experience strengthened my understanding of how branding, communication systems, and organizational processes intersect to shape user and community experiences.
